The 20/20 rule of computing is a workshop especially for computer users

The American National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) estimate that as many as 88% of computer users are affected by vision problems or muscular pain due to computer work.

Working eyes is a one-day workshop especially designed to teach computer users how they can correct minor vision problems and maintain their good eyesight.

In this workshop you will learn Vision training exercises for regaining normal vision from Myopia (less than 2 Diopters), Astigmatism, Hyperopia and Presbyopia - the need for reading glasses. You will also learn how you can arrange your workstation for optimum comfort and, how you can maintain high productivity as well as keeping your good eyesight.
